Dame Emin Tracey DBE RA (born 1963 is an English artist known for autobiographical and confessional artwork – ‘Top Cat International’ pink tote bag. Size: 45.5 x 37 cm (excluding the handle). Emin’s cat, Docket, printed in black on one side, ‘Mouse Sanctions’ with the Scottish saltire on the other. Produced for the National Galleries of Scotland (2008) (the edition has sold out)
